At Hatje Cantz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your art books and publications. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the titles you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the books in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit, as we can only accept returns in mint condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse in Germany using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
